Perhaps the pendulum is swinging back to ‘normal‘. The recent trends towards catering to folks who were attempting to be chic on a bicycle has left me a bit befuddled. Bicycle riding is if anything something that requires functional dress. Traipsing around in chiffon and cotton is pretty silly. And shoes with any sort of heel are frankly stupid.

But as I said perhaps people are beginning to realize that the attempts to somehow at any cost make cycling attractive are a bit of a waste if there is nothing functional it the suggestions.
