More night photographs from the Nikon 1 V1. This time we took it to the Wheaton College Campus and made images just before 6 PM. The sky was dark and the lights on the buildings had turned on. For the most part the camera did not block up the highlights too dramatically.
All of these images are handheld. All were made with the only lens of the three which does not have vibration reduction (VR) capabilities. I am continually impressed with how well this particular lens (Nikkor 1 10mm prime) does even in low light situations. All post processing was done from RAW files in Apple’s Aperture 3 software.
